Your first visit typically lasts 45-60 minutes and includes a comprehensive health history review, physical examination, digital X-rays or CLA Insight Scans if needed, and a neurological assessment. Dr. Scaramozi or our team will discuss your symptoms, goals, and create a personalized treatment plan tailored to your specific needs.
Do I need a referral to see a chiropractor?
No, you do not need a referral to schedule an appointment with us. You can call our office directly at (830) 549-5232 to schedule your appointment. We accommodate walk-ins when availability allows.
What should I wear to my appointment?
We recommend wearing comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows for easy movement. Avoid restrictive clothing like tight jeans or dresses. If needed, we have gowns available.
How long do appointments typically last?
Initial consultations last approximately 45-60 minutes. Follow-up visits are typically 15-30 minutes depending on the treatments being performed.
Is chiropractic care safe?

Does chiropractic adjustment hurt?
