I serve as the heartbeat behind the scenes, helping ensure our financial and documentation processes run smoothly and accurately so our patients receive organized, consistent care. I collaborate closely with our doctors and Chiropractic Assistants to verify clinical notes and billing entries, helping prevent errors, improve communication, and ensure treatment and billing are properly documented. I also work with leadership to improve documentation, workflows, and office policies, creating a more efficient environment for both our staff and patients while supporting safe, high-quality care. Most importantly, I love connecting with our patients. I’m outgoing, personable, and passionate about building relationships so every patient feels heard, welcomed, and genuinely cared for.
